Session 2, September 17th, 1:30pm-4:30pm:
Join President and CEO of Adaptive Human Capital, LLC, Rick Maher, in a workshop entitled “Building Resiliency”. The management of change in an organizational setting is not new, however, today’s pace of change has driven levels of workplace stress to historical highs. This 3-hour, highly interactive workshop will explore the traits of agile individuals and organizations and examine how participants can build individual resilience to better cope with workplace change. Each participant will gain insights to their own natural resiliency through a private, self assessment, and discuss ways to best lead themselves and others successfully through challenging times.
Fees include: Snacks, workshop, entrance to Welcome Reception
